We proudly ship worldwide so that everyone can access unique, quality wind chimes and musical instruments from around the globe. Below you’ll find shipping information, delivery time estimates and costs.
Australia-wide shipping
We send our chimes and instruments Australia-wide via Australia Post, Registered post with delivery insurance to ensure your chimes arrive safely.
Larger items like the Chimes of King David and Gongs sized 20″ and larger will be sent by courier. If your order consists of larger and smaller items, we will split the delivery between Auspost and courier for logistical reasons.
We aim to post within 1-2 business days from the time of order. However, we generally post Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
Christmas delivery: Closer to Christmas, we post five days a week (mid-November to Christmas Eve).
If you’d like the fastest delivery possible, please choose express post at checkout. Please note that express post is not guaranteed overnight but the fastest delivery possible. Once we post, you will receive tracking details by email.
*We use 100% recycled cardboard boxes and packaging as much as possible.
Delivery fees within Australia
Free delivery: We offer free standard Australia-wide delivery on orders over $150.
Orders under $150: Sent via Registered Post with insurance at a cost of $11.95.
Express delivery: For the fastest delivery possible, we will send via Express Post Australia-wide at a cost of $16.95.
*If you’d like Express post for larger items, such as the Chimes of King David and 20” and larger Gongs & Gong stands, please contact us for a custom express post quote.

International shipping
We deliver internationally via registered post with delivery insurance to ensure your order arrives safely. Your parcel will have a tracking number and requires a signature on delivery.
Online tracking will be available once the parcel arrives in the destination country. Otherwise at any time by phone with Auspost.
Larger items will be sent by courier.
If your order consists of larger and smaller items, we will split the delivery for logistical reasons.
Delivery fees for orders outside Australia
Standard delivery: We send international orders via International Registered Post with insurance at a cost of $24.95.

FAQs about shipping and delivery
Do you provide postage tracking?
Yes, all orders are sent via Registered Post. For Australia-wide deliveries, you’ll receive the tracking details via email as soon as we post your order. For international orders, the tracking information will be sent to you via email and will become available once the package enters your home country.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you may opt to have your package left unattended in a safe spot. However, we recommend using the tracking information to ensure you’re home when the package is likely to arrive to ensure it gets to you safely. All orders sent via a courier must be signed for.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. Most international orders are sent via Registered Post with insurance. For larger items like Gongs 20″ and larger we can arrange a courier. In this case please contact us for a quote.
What if my shipment contains item(s) on backorder as well as in stock?
If when you make your order you see an item is on backorder, in most cases you can still order it. We will then post your order once all items are in stock, unless otherwise advised.
If you’d like any instock items sent ahead of the backordered items then you can request we post the rest of your order in advance. In that case an extra postage payment of $11.95 is requested to cover the extra posting.
