Place your bowl on its silicone ring on the floor or stable surface. Play your Crystal Singing Bowl by gently rubbing or tapping the outside of the bowl with a mallet.

Always play the outside of the bowl, and be sure to strike it softly, with the soft part of the mallet – it might chip or break if you play it too hard.

Before playing your singing bowl, wash your hands so you don’t stain your bowl with any oil from your hands.
